Community services

Community services is responsible for the council’s main resident facing services such as customer services (including revenues and benefits customer service advisors) and community housing, as well as corporate strategy and performance, including environmental strategy and climate change.

This directorate is headed up by the executive director of community services with the support of three heads of service.
