Corporate and commercial services

Corporate and commercial services is responsible for the council's main corporate services which includes financial management and planning; internal and external audit; risk strategy and management; revenues and benefits back office services; human resources and organisational development; procurement; democratic services; elections; and legal (managing the NP Law contract).

This directorate is headed up by the executive director of corporate and commercial services with the support of three heads of service.

  • Lead on debt recovery across the council
