Quarter 2 (1 July – 30 September 2025)
Our Corporate Performance Dashboard gives an interactive look at how we’re performing across all council services and activities. It’s updated every quarter and lets you explore our key performance indicators (KPIs) – the measures we use to track how well we’re achieving our goals and objectives.
This quarter, we’re still using the same performance indicators from our previous Corporate Plan, but we’re reviewing them as part of a new planning process. For now, we’ve linked these indicators to the five priorities in our new community-led plan, We Are Norwich (2024–29):
- An open and modern council
- A prosperous Norwich
- A fairer Norwich
- A climate responsive Norwich
- A future-proof Norwich
