Norwich City Services Ltd (NCSL), which delivers a number of services including ground maintenance and street cleaning on behalf of the council, has gained a new accreditation for van excellence.
To become a Logistics UK Van Excellence Accredited operator, the company have provided meaningful training to equip and develop employees with the relevant information and skills to raise vehicle inspection standards and maintain compliance levels.
By attaining this accreditation, the company, which currently have 96 vans within its fleet, hope to save money by improving the operational, environmental and safety performance of their vehicles.

The Van Excellence Scheme was launched in 2010 to promote high standards of van operation and driving by accrediting operators against an industry code of good practice.
