Following serious safety concerns about the use of RAAC in certain public buildings, we have been carrying out urgent and detailed checks on the use of materials across all of our properties.
So far these careful checks have not raised any concerns with the use of unsafe material. We will continue with that work so our residents can be assured that all our buildings remain safe places to live in and work from.
