Request (and pay for) replacements for:
- brown (garden waste) wheelie bin - no charge (for subscribed users of the service)
- food caddies - no charge (where supplied)
- recycling bags - no charge (where supplied)
- refuse sacks - no charge (where supplied)
- black (refuse) wheelie bin (all sizes) - £40 (non-refundable)
- blue (recycling) wheelie bin (all sizes) - £40 (non-refundable)
Request for larger (360L) black bin - You can only apply for a bigger bin if there are five or more permanent residents in your household and you recycle using your blue bin and food caddy.
Request for extra food caddies – no charge
You do not need to complete this form for replacement liners for your food caddy. When you're running low, tie a liner to your external food caddy and our collection crew will leave you another roll.
Payment
We charge for all replacement black and blue bins, whether or not they are lost or stolen or for any other reason. This fee covers the price of the bin as well as our administration and delivery costs.
Please note that you only have 10 minutes to complete each page. Your answers will not be saved until you submit the form, so once you have started you must continue to the end. You cannot leave the form and come back to it later.
