How to apply
Download the Filming in Norwich application form.
Email your completed form to: events@norwich.gov.uk
Fees and charges
Costs vary depending on location, crew size, time needed, and other factors.
Here’s a quick guide:
Officer time
Site visits or support: £50/hour
Filming on public streets

| 4 - 10 people | £50 |
| Up to 20 people | £150 |
| 20+ people | £300 |
| Road closure | £1,050 |
Parking
- pay and display bays: £30 per bay/day
- limited waiting bays: £30 per bay/day
Open space hire (per day)
