Call for artists

We are looking for passionate and innovative artists to collaborate with local community groups on an exciting carnival project for the annual Lord Mayor's Weekend.

About the opportunity 

We are building a database of artists with experience in costume design, prop making, music, dance, performance, puppetry to work alongside diverse community groups in Norwich.  

The aim is to upskill the community groups and empower them to create their own visions for carnival, thereby increasing the collective creativity of Norwich. 

Artists may be asked to facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with community groups to develop and realise their artistic vision. The project will culminate in a vibrant display of community spirit and artistic expression at the Lord Mayor's Weekend. 

What we offer
