You can also buy a printed pack or diary refills online (e.g. from Coventry City Council).
Using the Pack
The pack includes 'safe methods' for:
- cleaning
- cooking
- chilling
- cross-contamination
- management.
You must:
- fill in all relevant sections and cleaning schedule
- train staff to follow the methods
- complete all checks and sign the diary daily
- keep the pack on-site for inspections.
