Buying and selling the property

I’m selling my property and need receipts for last three years service charges and ground rent payments, also an estimate of the current year's costs

All local solicitors are aware that we make a charge of £150 including VAT to supply a leaseholders’ information pack. We aim to issue the pack within 21 working days of the payment clearing and the pack will include the following:

  • Property information sheet
  • LPE1 form
  • Copies of the last three years’ service charge statements
  • Copies of any relevant Notices
  • Common area fire survey (where there are common areas)
  • Common area asbestos survey (where there are common areas)
  • Insurance summary
  • Leaseholders handbook
