All local solicitors are aware that we make a charge of £150 including VAT to supply a leaseholders’ information pack. We aim to issue the pack within 21 working days of the payment clearing and the pack will include the following:
- Property information sheet
- LPE1 form
- Copies of the last three years’ service charge statements
- Copies of any relevant Notices
- Common area fire survey (where there are common areas)
- Common area asbestos survey (where there are common areas)
- Insurance summary
- Leaseholders handbook
