Who can register an interest?
You can apply if you have any of the following interests in the property:
- You are the freeholder or leaseholder
- You have a mortgage on the premises
- You have a legal right to occupy the premises
- You hold another prescribed legal interest in the premises
What happens after you apply
Once we receive your notice:
- We will register your interest.
- We will endorse the notice and return it to you.
- You will then be notified of any future applications made under the Licensing Act 2003 relating to that premises.

Fee
The fee for registering an interest is £21, payable by debit or credit card when you submit your application.
Processing time
We will process your notification within 10 working days of receiving your application.
