The company was established by Norwich City Council in April 2021 and currently provide many of the
operational environmental services for Norwich on behalf of the city council.
From April 2022, building repairs and maintenance services will also be delivered by the company.
This including removal of fly-tipping, graffiti and sharps that are reported to the council.
Trees / arboriculture
Caring for the trees, plants, and shrubs in public spaces across the city which includes hedge cutting, pruning and weeding, conservation and removal of dangerous/diseased trees.
Cleaning of council buildings
This includes buildings such as City Hall and The Halls.
Grounds maintenance covers anything from landscaping, mowing, and fencing, but these are just a few of the duties of our crews. Grounds maintenance looks at improving outdoor spaces as well as keeping areas and facilities neat and presentable.
This is done across on the city and includes Norwich’s parks and open spaces and Earlham and Rosary cemeteries.
