Find out which buildings in Norwich are at risk because they’re damaged, neglected or could become at risk in the future.
Some historic buildings, monuments, structures, conservation areas or parks and gardens in Norwich are ‘at risk’ due to neglect, decay or vacant.
Norwich City Council keeps a local register of heritage at risk to allow us to monitor their condition. We aim to work closely with property owners and encourage community support to restore these important sites and bring them back into use or a good state of repair.
Report a heritage asset at risk
Historic England maintains a national heritage at risk register for Grade I and II* listed buildings and conservation areas.
Work without permission on a listed building is a criminal offence.
If you see unauthorised work or something that doesn’t look right, report it to the Planning Enforcement Team.
