Accessibility information - the Norman Centre

We’re proud to offer a welcoming, inclusive space for everyone. Whether you're visiting for a class, event, or meeting, we’ve made sure our facilities are accessible and comfortable for all. Below you'll find key information to help plan your visit.

Located in Mile Cross, Norwich, the centre offers a variety of facilities and services designed to accommodate all visitors.

Key accessibility features:

  • Step-free access: the building is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility impairments.
  • Accessible toilets: fully equipped accessible toilets are available on-site.
    free on-site parking: includes designated accessible parking bays for disabled visitors
  • Lift access: a lift is available for access to upper floors.
  • Room accessibility: all hireable rooms, including the Main Hall and Activity Hub, are accessible. The Activity Hub features mirrored walls ideal for dance and movement-based activities.
  • Support facilities: projectors, screens, and flip charts are available free of charge. Teas and coffees can be provided as an extra service.
