Interim polling review 2022

Norwich City Council conducted an interim review of its polling districts and polling places in 2022 to ensure voting arrangements remain accessible and effective. The review considered changes in local circumstances and invited public input to help shape future electoral planning.

Norwich City Council carried out a review of polling districts and polling places to prepare for the local elections on 4 May 2023. 

This review focused on the following areas:

  • MA4 / MA4A
  • MA5
  • MX3
  • TH3
  • TO5
  • WE2 / WE2A

Key dates

  • Consultation period: 25 July – 5 September 2022
  • Review meeting: Postponed to 4 November 2022
  • Council decision: 29 November 2022

What was reviewed?

We asked for feedback on:

  • whether polling stations were suitable
  • how accessible they were for disabled voters
