- Housing options – oversees services that support residents in accessing suitable housing, including homelessness prevention and housing advice.
- Housing outcomes – leads on improving housing-related outcomes for individuals and communities, ensuring services contribute to health, wellbeing, and stability.
- Housing partnerships – manages relationships with housing providers, developers, and voluntary sector partners to support collaborative delivery of housing solutions.
- Income and rents – responsible for rent collection, income management, and financial sustainability of housing services.
- Independent living – supports services that enable residents – particularly older people and those with support needs – to live independently in their homes.
- Tenancy services – oversees tenancy management, including support, enforcement, and engagement to maintain successful tenancies and safe communities.
