What you need to know
These rules guide how we plan, define, procure, and manage contracts.
How we buy
We use different methods depending on the value and complexity of the purchase:
| Value range | Method | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| Under £25k | Direct purchase | Must be justified and documented |
| £25k - £100k | Competitive quotes | Minimum of 3 quotes |
| Over £100k | Formal tender or use of framework | Advertised and evaluated |
We may use framework agreements, dynamic markets, and concession contracts for any value procurements where appropriate.
