About the Norwich Town Deal
Norwich is on the move. Backed by a £25 million investment from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, the Norwich Town Deal is powering eight ambitious projects that will reshape the city’s future.
Developed in collaboration with the Norwich Vision Group, local communities, and public and private partners, these projects are designed to spark regeneration, supercharge skills and job creation, and build a greener, more inclusive city.
From cutting carbon to creating careers, the Town Deal is about real change that benefits everyone. Whether it’s new homes, better training, or sustainable infrastructure, these eight projects are laying the foundations for a thriving Norwich - now and for generations to come.
