Who can apply?
You must:
- Live in a privately owned or rented home
- Have an EPC rating of D, E, F or G - check your EPC rating
You must also meet one of these income criteria:
- Pathway 1 - live in a postcode ranked 1–2 on the Index of Multiple Deprivation - check eligible postcodes
- Pathway 2 - receive one of these benefits:
- Housing Benefit
- Income-based JSA
- Income-related ESA
- Income Support
- Pension Credit
- Universal Credit
- Pathway 3 - your household earns less than £36,000 a year (before tax)
