Who can apply?
You must:
- Live in a privately owned or rented home
- Have an EPC rating of D, E, F or G
You must also meet one of these income criteria:
1. Pathway 1
Live in a postcode ranked 1–2 on the Index of Multiple Deprivation
2. Pathway 2
Receive one of these benefits:
- Housing Benefit
- Income-based JSA
- Income-related ESA
- Income Support
- Pension Credit
- Universal Credit
3. Pathway 3
Your household earns less than £36,000 a year (before tax)
