How to pay your bill    

We send you a bill once a year to pay for your garden waste bin service.

Important - if you don’t pay on time, we will assume you don’t want the service anymore and take your brown bin away. In this case, you will need to sign up for the service again.

Ways to pay

Direct debit  

We can't collect payment by direct debit once an invoice has been sent. To set up a direct debit before your invoice, or to pay future years by direct debit, fill out and return the form. The annual payment will be taken on the first day of the month when your renewal is due.

  • if we’ve already sent you a bill, you can’t pay it by direct debit
  • if you want to pay by direct debit, you need to set it up before we send your bill
  • want to use direct debit next year? Just complete and return the direct debit form
  • we will take the money on the 1st day of the month when your payment is due.

Online payment

If you have an invoice you can pay your invoice online. If the invoice has passed its renewal date please contact us as your subscription may have been cancelled.

Other ways to pay

You can take your invoice to any post office or PayPoint outlet to make your payment.
