If you're moving away from Norwich, you can:
- give your bin service to someone else who still lives in Norwich (like the new person moving into your home)
- or tell us to come and take the bin away if you don’t need it anymore
If you’re moving to another property in Norwich, you can:
- take your bin with you and continue the service
- or tell us to come and take the bin away if you don’t need it anymore
No refunds are given if you no longer need the service.
To tell us what you are doing, just let us know.
