When you request a different bin, we will cancel your current collection service and set up a new subscription from your next collection date.
Information you will need before you begin
You will need to pay the annual charge for your new subscription online when you complete the form:
- Standard 240-litre bin: £65
- Small 180-litre bin: £49
The charge is for the garden waste collection service, not the bin itself.
If you currently pay by Direct Debit, we will cancel it. You will need to set up a new Direct Debit for your new subscription.
If you change from a 180-litre bin to a 240-litre bin, you may receive a previously used bin rather than a new one. This may also apply if your current bin is damaged and needs replacing.

Before you begin, please note:
- You have 30 minutes to complete each page.
- Your answers will not be saved until you submit the form.
- Once you start, you will need to complete the form in one go.
- You will not be able to leave the form and return later.
