Help with putting out your bins

Use this form to apply for an assisted collection if you cannot move your wheelie bins or food caddy for collection and no one in your household can help you. You can also use it to cancel an existing assisted collection or respond to a review letter.

Information you will need before you begin

You will need to explain why you need help putting out your bins. Please provide as much detail as you can so we can assess your application.

We may need to visit your property to assess your request. We will review your application and contact you within 20 working days.

Before you begin, please note:

  • You have 30 minutes to complete each page.
  • Your answers will not be saved until you submit the form.
  • Once you start, you will need to complete the form in one go.
  • You will not be able to leave the form and return later.
