Recycling centres and bring banks
Recycling centres
There are two recycling centres in Norwich where you can take old household items:
North Norwich Recycling Centre
South Norwich Recycling Centre
Bring banks
There are small recycling points, known as bring banks, located throughout the city for:
- glass bottles and jars
- old clothes and shoes
- paper and cardboard
- clean cans and tins
- clean plastic bottles, pots, tubs and trays
- food and drink cartons
- aluminium foil and trays
- empty spray cans
Find your nearest bring bank.
Many supermarkets also have recycling facilities available.
Street litter bins
Some bins in parks and busy streets have two parts – one for rubbish and one for recycling (paper, cans, plastic bottles).
