About the service

We can pick up big items from your home like fridges, freezers, mattresses and furniture. We don't take plastic bags of rubbish, DIY waste or dangerous items.

You can also take these items to a recycling centre or donate them if they are still in good condition. 

This service is not available to businesses or landlords.

Charges:

• 1 item: £24.50
• 2 items: £28
• 3 items: £31
• 4 items: £51
• 5 items: £54.50
• 6 items: £57.50
• 7 items: £78
• 8 items: £81

• 10 items: £104.50

Charges are non-refundable, even if someone else takes the items before we arrive or you want to cancel the collection. 

Collection day:

Place items at the edge of your property by 6:30am and if you live in a flat, leave items on the ground floor outside the building.
