If you alreadt have a garden waste serivce and want to change the size of your garden waste bin, use the get a different size garden waste bin form.
Information you will need
Before you start, please note:
- The annual charge is £65.00 for a standard 240 litre bin or £49.00 for a small 180 litre bin
- This charge is non-refundable, although the service can be transferred to another person or address within the Norwich City Council area
- The charge includes delivery of your brown bin before the first collection
- The charge covers up to 25 collections each year. There are no collections during the Christmas and New Year period
- Customers changing from a 180 litre bin to a 240 litre bin may receive a previously used bin rather than a new one
- Replacement bins issued because of damage may also be previously used bins
- Payment is for the garden waste collection service, not the bin itself
