Use this form if you’ve received a Council Tax summons (not just a reminder) and want to suggest a different way to pay before your court date.
What you’ll need to do:
- the address the summons is for
- your proposed payment plan
- bank details (if you want to pay by Direct Debit)
- your contact information
- details about your income (including benefits or self-employment).
Important - we will still apply to the court for a liability order, which adds £20 in costs. However, if you stick to the agreed payment plan, we won’t take further recovery action.
