Warm Homes: Local Grant – help for Norwich households

If you live in Norwich and your home isn’t very energy-efficient, you could get up to £30,000 worth of works to improve it. This local grant helps cover upgrades like insulation and low-carbon heating - making your home more comfortable while saving money and cutting emissions.

Who can apply?

You must:

You must also meet one of these income criteria:

  • Pathway 1 - live in a postcode ranked 1–2 on the Index of Multiple Deprivation - check eligible postcodes
  • Pathway 2 - receive one of these benefits:
    • Housing Benefit
    • Income-based JSA
    • Income-related ESA
    • Income Support
    • Pension Credit
    • Universal Credit
  • Pathway 3 - your household earns less than £36,000 a year (before tax)
