Norwich City Council offers professional pest control services through Norwich City Services Ltd (NCSL). Whether you're dealing with pests at home or at your business, we’re here to help.

Residential pest control

We provide safe, effective treatments for a range of common pests:

  • Rats & Mice – fast response to rodent infestations.
  • Fleas – thorough treatment to eliminate fleas from your home.
  • Wasps – safe removal of nests.
  • Bedbugs – discreet and effective eradication.
  • Cockroaches – targeted treatments to remove infestations.

Please note that all pest control services are chargeable and non-refundable. Payment can be made securely by credit or debit card at the time of booking.

Bees

We do not treat bees. If you spot a honey bee swarm, visit the British Beekeepers Association for advice.

Local beekeepers may volunteer to collect honey bee swarms when available. They do not remove bumble bees but are happy to give information to the public and assist in identifying them.
