- roads
- pavements
- footpaths
- parks and open spaces
- other council-managed areas
This form should be used for issues such as blood, vomit or other bodily fluids found in public spaces.
This form should not be used for:
- issues inside private properties
- medical emergencies (contact emergency services if there is an immediate risk to health or safety)
- sharps or needles (please use the sharps/needles reporting form)
Information you will need before you begin the form
