This includes items such as:

  • Nails
  • Tacks

Norwich City Council is responsible for removing broken glass from public areas.

This form should not be used for:

  • Broken glass on private land (for example, private gardens or business premises)
  • Issues inside buildings or properties

If your report relates to private property, please contact the property owner or manager directly.
