Norwich City Council is responsible for maintaining 69 lifebuoy stations, each identified by a number. Reports submitted through this form will help ensure these safety devices are repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
Lifebuoy stations numbered 1 to 22 will be responded to within two hours. All other stations will be responded to on the next working day.
This form should only be used for reporting issues with lifebuoys. It should not be used for reporting other types of damage or issues in public spaces.
