Norwich City Council is responsible for removing graffiti on public land, including:
- Roads
- Pavements
- Footpaths
- Parks and open spaces
- Other council-managed areas
This form should not be used to report graffiti on private property, as responsibility usually lies with the property owner.
However, you can still report offensive graffiti on private land using this form, and we will assess what action can be taken.
