Food Hygiene Rating Scheme: Right to reply

Use this form if you are a food business operator and want to respond to the food hygiene rating your business received. You can explain improvements you have made or any unusual circumstances that may have affected your rating.

Information you will need before you begin the form

Your comments will be reviewed by the food safety manager and may be edited to remove offensive or defamatory remarks before they are published on Food Standards Agency ratings and Norwich City Council food hygiene ratings.

A statement will also be published explaining that the accuracy of your comments has not been verified by a food safety officer.
