How to sign up

  • Call Gasway on 0800 0743030.
  • Mention you're a Norwich City Council leaseholder.
  • Gasway will confirm your eligibility and arrange an appointment.

Important notes

  • You’re responsible for making sure your gas appliances are checked regularly.
  • If you rent out your property, annual gas safety checks are a legal requirement.
  • Payments go directly to Gasway via Direct Debit or card.
