Get involved - help shape housing services

Want to have a say in how housing services are run in Norwich? Join a group of tenants working together to make real improvements - from policies to performance - and help shape the future of council housing.

The Tenant Involvement Panel (TIP) is a group of Norwich City Council tenants who meet every six weeks at City Hall to help improve housing services. Together, they review policies, finances, and service performance - working directly with council officers to understand how things work and where improvements can be made.

By sharing ideas and feedback, TIP members play a vital role in shaping better living conditions for all tenants across Norwich. It’s a great way to make your voice heard and help build stronger partnerships between tenants and the council.

National representation and support

  • One TIP member also represents Norwich tenants at the ARCH tenants’ group, attending national meetings every quarter and reporting back to the panel. Learn more about ARCH.
  • TIP members also benefit from resources and training provided by TPAS, a national organisation specialising in tenant engagement. Find out more about TPAS.
