Business Rates are usually paid in 10 monthly instalments. If you would prefer to spread your payments over 12 months, email revenues@norwich.gov.uk

How do I pay?

With Direct Debit you can:

  • spread your payments over 10 or 12 months
  • choose a payment date that suits you – the 1st, 8th, 15th, or 28th of the month
  • set it up online, by emailing revenues@norwich.gov.uk or by calling 0344 980 3333 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm).

Pay by standing order

Ask your bank to set up a standing order to pay the instalments on the dates shown on your bill.

You will need to provide your business rates account number and the council’s bank details as follows:

  • Barclays Bank plc, Norwich
