Pay by Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the safest and most convenient way to pay. You can spread the cost over 10 or 12 monthly instalments and you have a choice of payments dates - the 1st, 8th, 15th or 28th of the month.
Use the online form to set up a Direct Debit, or call revenue services on 01603 212898, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please do not complete the form if a summons has been issued. You will need to contact us directly to set this up.

Please send cheques to the revenue services address shown below.
All cheques should be made payable to: Norwich City Council and the business rates account number (found on the bill) should be written on the back of the cheque.
