The count for Norwich City Council's local election took place on Friday 3 May at the Halls, Norwich. This was an ‘all out’ election, as a result of changes to ward boundaries, with all 39 seats up for election.
The political structure at City Hall is now as follows: Labour 27 seats, Green 9, Liberal Democrats 3.
