We are guided by the Norwich 2040 City Vision, a long-term strategy developed with residents, businesses, and partners. It sets out shared aspirations for a city that is:

Strategic priorities (2024–2029)
Our current community-led plan, We Are Norwich, outlines five strategic priorities:
