Making changes to your taxi or private hire licence

If you already have a taxi or private hire licence and something changes, you must tell the council. You can do this online. Here's what you need to know.

1. Change of address

Keep your address up to date so the council can contact you.

You’ll need to pay a fee and will get an updated licence.

Don’t forget to update your address with the DVLA too.
