Bills are usually paid in 10 monthly instalments, but you can ask to pay over 12 months instead - email revenues@norwich.gov.uk

How do I pay?

  • spread payments over 10 or 12 months
  • choose a payment date: 1st, 8th, 15th, or 28th of the month
  • set up online, email: revenues@norwich.gov.uk or call 0344 980 3333 (Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm).

Pay by standing order

Ask your bank to set up a standing order to pay the instalments on the dates shown on your bill.

You will need to provide your business rates account number and the council’s bank details as follows:
