Creating a new access to a road

You’ll need planning permission to create a new access onto a main or classified road like the ring road or roads with an A or B number (e.g. A11, B1108).

For any new access, including dropped kerbs, you must also get approval from Norfolk County Council, even if planning permission isn’t needed.
