How to comment
To share your views or objections, you’ll need the application reference number. You can send your comments:
- online: via the Planning Public Access website
- email: planning@norwich.gov.uk
When to comment
You usually have at least 21 days to comment. Check the exact deadline on the Planning Public Access website under “Important Dates”.
What to include
Make sure to include:
- your name and postal address
- the application reference number or site address
- your comments
We can’t accept anonymous comments.
Privacy and Public Access
- your comments will be public and may appear on the council’s website
- avoid including personal or sensitive information
- you can attach your comments as a file if emailing, and leave out your signature.
Important notes
- Offensive, racist, or defamatory comments won’t be published or considered.
- We won’t reply to individual comments, but all feedback is reviewed.
