Major developments
If your proposal is for 10 or more homes or 1,000 square metres or more of development, you will need to agree a bespoke fee before completing this form.
Please email planning@norwich.gov.uk with details of the site and your proposal.
Important
- Once you start the form, you must complete and submit it in one session.
- The form cannot be saved part way through.
