A place with deep roots and big dreams

The area includes four key sites:

• the Deal Ground
• May Gurney Site
• the iconic Carrow Works, once home to Colman’s and Britvic
• the Utilities Site (north of the Wensum)

These sites have long been earmarked for regeneration - and now, the pieces are coming together. Norwich City Council’s purchase of Carrow House in 2021 opened the door to real investment and momentum.
