Norwich City Council residents who are:
- full-time students (16+)
- on Universal Credit or other qualifying benefits
- eligible for a national bus pass
- on a government training scheme

How to apply
You’ll need:
- proof of address (e.g. recent bill or bank statement)
- proof of eligibility (e.g. benefit letter, student confirmation)
- photo of you (and any dependants)
- proof of dependants (if applying for children)
- cards are valid for 1 year and can be renewed.
