  • arrange delivery of these items to you
  • provide delivery updates or notifications

  • NewAuto Ltd trading as MOGO UK, who manufacture and dispatch plates and badges on behalf of the council.
  • Courier providers, such as Royal Mail or FedEx, for delivery purposes.

Your personal data is only shared where necessary and is not used for marketing or other unrelated purposes.

How we keep your information secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

  • secure encrypted data transfer
  • access controls and restricted permissions
  • secure UK-based cloud hosting
  • regular backups and monitoring

All processing is carried out in accordance with data protection legislation.

How long we keep your information

Information shared with NewAuto Ltd trading as MOGO UKM, will keep your personal data for up to six months from the date of order.

After this period, your information will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Transfers outside the UK

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the UK.

  • access your personal data
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • request deletion of your data (where appropriate)
