Echoes of the Ancients is a Full Moon Grand Gong Gathering held within the ancient stone walls of St Andrew’s Hall, Norwich.
A ceremonial sound immersion devoted to illumination, release, and deep nervous system restoration.
You will lie down, be held in sound, and receive. Not yoga-based. Expect approx. 60 minutes of gong immersion guided by the energy, followed by a 30-minute reflection and integration window.
