Report a problem with a tree

Use this form to report a problem with a tree on land owned by Norwich City Council, including trees in parks, woodlands and cemeteries.

You can use this form to tell us about issues such as:

  • damaged, diseased or dead trees
  • fallen trees or branches
  • trees that appear unsafe
  • trees causing an obstruction in a council-owned park, woodland or cemetery

This form is only for trees on Norwich City Council land.

If the tree is on private land, you will need to contact the landowner directly.

If your concern relates to trees or hedges next to roads, pavements or other public rights of way, please contact Norfolk County Council.

Information you'll need before you start

To help us investigate your report, please be ready to provide:

  • the location of the tree
  • details of the problem you have noticed
  • photographs, if you have them
  • your contact details in case we need further information
