This consultation runs from Tuesday 27 June to midnight, Tuesday 25 July 2023.
The Statement of Licensing Principles (Gambling Policy) sets out the policies and principles we apply when carrying out our licensing functions.
The Gambling Act 2005 requires us, as the licensing authority, to review and publish our Gambling Policy at least every three years. We are currently reviewing it and the purpose of this consultation is to get views on the draft policy before it is adopted.
